About John Aman
John is an accomplished leader and performance focused strategist with expertise in planning, forecasting and strategic planning. He is data driven and committed to continuous improvement. Behind John is a highly successful 30 year career in financial services and insurance excelling in operational auditing, finance and marketing. Throughout his career he successfully planned, structured, executed and implemented assignments that were new to himself and his employer and created significant value for the companies and experience for himself. With a focus on key metrics, he has been known for streamlining operations and improving results in finance and marketing. Teaming with leaders and staff that were often in place, he successfully improved multiple operations with little to no disruption in staffing usually through a focus on objectives, the development of role clarity, improved and defined processes and well-articulated expectations. He is known to be a quick study and is able to recognize what is important, create priorities and focus on the execution of those matters.

Over his career there are a number of examples where his visions became reality. He “stood up” the sports marketing function at Nationwide Insurance and was the original architect of the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship on the Web.com tour. It has grown 700% over its ten years to where it contribute $2 million Nationwide Children’s in 2017.
John earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from The Ohio State University. He sat for and passed his CPA, CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) exams. He is a member of The Ohio Society of CPAs though his license is currently inactive. Over his career he was selected for development at the Center for Creative Leadership in Cambridge, MA and to his employer’s leadership development program.
He and his wife are a longtime residents of Dublin, OH. They have three children. John was active in his son’s hockey endeavors coaching their teams to championships, be team manager and serving as president of the high school hockey association. They are active in their church and other initiatives. He and his family enjoy time together through family gatherings, golf, skiing and travel.
